CREAMY VEGAN POLENTA

 

*Boil 2 cups of water with  salt (1-2 tsp ) When it starts to boil whisk in the polenta and until the mixture has become slightly thick. Turn down to a low simmer and whisk constantly to prevent lumps ,Cook  for about of 15-20 minutes, or until polenta has reached your desired consistency.

Add butter , cream or extra virgen olive oil to serve .
