BANANA BREAD (Gluten free)
2 Tablespoons flaxseed powder or Chia seeds
6 Tablespoons of water
2 cups oatmeal
3 ripe bananas
1 extra banana to decorate (optional)
1 cup of dates without the seed
1/2 cup vegetable milk
1/2 table spoon of vanilla extract
1 tea spoon ground cinnamon
1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar
Pre-heat the oven to 170-1080 oc
Mix the flax seeds or Chia, with the water let stand for 15 minutes, until this mixture becomes sticky.
In a large bowl add the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, mix everything very well.
Using a food processor, process the dates and milk until it is a smooth mixture, add the banana puree and the flax seed mixture and add it to the dry mix conbine well .
Pour the mixture into a greased ,or paper mold or with baking paper, optionally here we can put the banana at the end, making a cut in half lengthwise and placing it on the top,
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
