Raw vegan Chocolate Truffles

A snack or dessert without any guilt and above all very nutritious, easy and quick to prepare. Servings: 12 Truffles Aprox
½ cup dates (pitted)
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup * almond pulp ( optional )
¼ tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1. Place the dates in the food processor and press until they are chopped.
2. Add the walnuts , the pulp of almonds, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt and press until everything is well incorporated and begins to form a ball in the sides of the processor
3. take 1 teaspoon of the mixture and make small balls with your hands, and if you feel like is too sticking wash your hands and continues to form balls.
4. You can decorate with different toppings as matcha powder, dried coconut, cocoa, pistachios, walnuts, almonds etc. . 4. If you need to save them , (i don't think they are ) uses a container with lid :) .
