Natural , quick , easy and much better "Nutella "
Whether you are vegan or not ,
You should consider making a jar of this goodness for your family , specially if you are a chocolate fun and like to see it around for breakfast and snacks , this is great alternative to store bought Nutella which is packed with lots of sugars and hydrogenated oils .

This is a basic recipe
The one my children like the most
After you can adapted to your own taste .
1 cup or raw hazelnut
1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbs of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 almond milk
Start to blend the nuts in a food processor blender , I like to warm them previously for 3-5 mint in the oven or grill to release those good fats , blend nuts until they begin to form a paste about 4-5 mn , scrape the sides of the bowl every couple of minutes and continue blending ,add the milk , maple syrup , vanilla and remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy and spreadable
I like to add a couple of tsp of coconut oil , but some people are very sensitive to coconut Flavour , like my children .
Feel free to play with texture and flavour . Using more or lees of the ingredients or replacing sweeteners for others , you can use coconut sugar , agave ,pitted dates make it a Great natural sweetener substitute too .
