1 can of coconut milk (preferable Organic)
1 probiotic capsule
For Garnishing
Persimon ,chia seeds , agave syrup .
 

  • Mix or blend coconut milk with the contend of one priobiotic capsule , transfer to a glass jar or container and store in somewhere warm-Ish in your kitchen or pantry , you can try the oven (without on it) after 24 hr it should start to ferment if you prefer more tanginess leave it for from 24h to 48h checking on frequently to avoid any estrange mold forming , or if you have a deshidratator leave overnight at 85F .
  • Enjoy ! This is a treat on granola , pancakes ,muesli ETC .
