Buckwheat Sunday Pancakes
100 gr Buckwheat flour
300 ml of almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tsp of GF baking powder
1 ripe banana
75 gr of blanched almonds ( pre-soaked and dehydrated )
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender , grill batter as usual on a non stick frypan , add some strawberry slices to each pancake and flip when you see they are ready.
- Serve with your Favourite toppings.
- I added fresh strawberries, caramelized nuts,pollen and maple syrup.
