About Me

I am originally from Colombia, but I have been living in Asia for many years, I'm currently living between Tokyo and Singapore .

I absolutely adore traveling and exploring other cultures. One of the best way to get to know a country is through its food. So in my recipes, I try to take a global approach, making vegan versions of traditional food. I want to share with you the Colombian food I grew up eating, the Asian food I have gotten to know over the last decade, and other cuisines I’ve experienced over the years. 

I am a mother to four beautiful children. It’s very important for me to teach them good food habits and keep them healthy. I want to expose my children to a wide variety of flavors and foods so that they grow up to be healthy and adventurous eaters.

In my free time, I love watching cooking shows , having friends over for cocktails and meals. I keep active by practicing yoga ,crossfit , pilates and taking Zumba classes. As a Colombian, I love to dance! I adore animals, and I have a beloved cat and dog who live with us ,It's a busy life, but I love it!

I have been always very passionate about seasonal whole foods and cooking , coming from a family where cooking together and sharing a meal was the way to celebrate and maintain our Colombian culture .
